A bot sets the preorder dates in the bakery Square account. The texts ask staff to approve preorders and report the result of each bot run. Customers do not get these texts.

A staff member joins only when they agree to get these texts.

Message frequency varies with the scheduled Thursday runs, manual runs, preorder questions, and replies.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
